When designing a website is often easier to come up with a mock-up or wireframe for a design before you start actually making it. This creates a quick vision of how the site will look before its made. It gives you a chance to easily and quickly come up with a design for yourself or a client.
I often make a mockup of a website before I commit to making it. This is so the client is happy with all the designs and layout of the site before I commit time to actually making it.
Best free wireframe online software
I searched high and low for wireframe technology that is free and really easy to use. After looking at places like Lucidcharts, Canva and many more I became frustrated by its complications and other uses. Until I finally found Mockflow. This is an online tool where you can create amazing looking mockups with simple drag and drop features. You can add pictures, text, fonts, colours and a good amount of shapes so that you can quickly come up with a nice looking layout for your wireframe.
The basic version is free, it allows you to make and export a website mockup wireframe that you can save and export. Below is an example of a website wireframe I made on a real website client. It gives a nice hand-drawn look to the design the client was very pleased with this first layout. Once they were happy I started work actually making it.
